Case: HERO Intelligence Tailors Intelligent Warehouse and Logistics Solutions for PUR Hot Melt Adhesive Enterprises, Precisely Addressing Traditional Warehouse Pain Points and Achieving Intelligent Warehouse Upgrades!

HERO Intelligence has developed an intelligent warehousing and logistics system for raw materials and finished products for a PUR hot-melt adhesive enterprise. Specializing in the R&D and production of PUR hot-melt adhesives, the company's products are widely used in smart home appliances, high-end textiles, new energy vehicles, home appliances, and packaging. With an annual production capacity exceeding 20,000 tons, its business operations span over 20 countries and regions worldwide.

Project Pain Points:
1. With the expansion of production scale, the demand for raw material and finished product storage has increased, while traditional warehouse space utilization remains low.
2. The warehouse is located far from the workshop, resulting in low efficiency of manual handling and difficulty in meeting production logistics demands.
3. Inventory tracking relies on manual records, leading to delayed updates and low efficiency in stocktaking.
4. There is a lack of full-process tracking from storage to production, making batch management and traceability difficult.

Project Scale:
The project warehouse measures approximately 80 meters by 17.2 meters by 22 meters, with a planned capacity of 4,048 storage slots. It is equipped with 2 double-deep stackers, 1 RGV, 4 forklift AGVs, 4 palletizing and depalletizing machines, and 45 conveying devices to achieve automated storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.

Project Highlights:
1. High-density warehousing design enhances space utilization: Utilizing high-rack three-dimensional storage across the production workshop's 1st to 4th floors, it maximizes vertical space and reduces the logistics distance between warehousing and production.
2. Equipment Coordination for Automated Flow: Stacking cranes, RGVs, AGVs, and conveying equipment work in collaboration to achieve automated material storage, retrieval, transportation, and distribution, enhancing logistics efficiency.
3. Barcode Management for Full Traceability: Through barcode-based management, the entire process of material tracking—from warehousing, storage, and distribution to production activation—is achieved, enhancing batch management and logistics traceability.
4. System Interconnection and Production Data Integration: The WMS collaborates with automated equipment and interfaces with ERP and MES, enabling interconnected warehousing and production information to enhance inventory management accuracy.
