In the intelligent upgrade of manufacturing, automated warehousing serves as the critical link connecting all production stages. The automatic core storage and buffer conveying system jointly developed byHERO Intelligent and Shared Equipment fully demonstrates the adaptability of automated warehousing in heavy industrial scenarios. This project employs high-level Multi-level Shelving and single-depth stacker crane design. Through the coordinated operation of RGVs and stacker cranes, it achieves full automation of the entire core process—from baking and warehousing to retrieval.

Addressing the challenges of heavy weights and high precision requirements for sand cores, HERO Intelligent optimized the automated storage and conveying system. It now reliably transports loads up to 8,000 kg with a positioning accuracy of ±1 mm. This not only minimizes losses from manual intervention but also boosts storage efficiency by over 40%. Currently, this solution is widely adopted in manufacturing sectors such as automotive components and new energy batteries, enabling seamless integration between production and warehousing.

Cold Chain Sector: Ensuring Stable Storage in Low-Temperature Environments

The demand for low-temperature storage in industries like pharmaceuticals and food has accelerated the development of automated cold chain warehousing technology. HERO Intelligent has specifically developed an automated storage system for low-temperature environments, capable of stable operation at -18°C. Through constant temperature monitoring and intelligent inventory functions, it ensures the quality and safety of cold chain materials.
